Right to Reply Tracker
We believe in fairness. Every individual or institution named in our investigations is given a formal opportunity to respond before publication. This public tracker records every notice issued and the response received.
Our Commitment
Before publishing any investigation that names an individual, organisation, or institution, Bengal Gazette issues a formal Right-to-Reply notice. The subject is given a minimum of 7 days to respond. All responses received — or the fact of non-response — are recorded here and included in the published investigation.
No right-to-reply notices on record yet.
Have you received a Right-to-Reply notice?
Submit your response through our secure compliance form. Your response will be appended in full to the published investigation.
